Who we are

Hangman: Word Guess Game (the “Game”) is published by hopin.it, based in Wrocław, Poland. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the Game.

Data we collect

None. The Game does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. We operate no servers for the Game.

Specifically, the Game does not:

• ask you to register or sign in;
• request any system permissions;
• contain advertising or advertising identifiers;
• contain analytics, crash reporting, or tracking libraries;
• make any network requests — it works fully offline.

Data stored on your device

The Game keeps a local database on your device so it can show your progress. It contains:

• the built-in list of topics, words, and their definitions;
• your game history: which word was played, whether you won, how many tries you used, the date, and the language of the round;
• your settings, such as the interface language and the theme.

This data never leaves your device. It is not readable by us or by anyone else. Deleting the Game removes it entirely.

Third parties

The Game includes no third-party SDKs and shares data with no one. Apple may collect its own App Store metrics such as downloads and crash reports, under Apple’s privacy policy. We receive only aggregate, anonymous statistics from Apple, and never data about an individual person.

Children

The Game is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, the CCPA, and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access or delete. Data stored on your device is under your control: clear your statistics in the Game’s settings, or delete the app.

We do not sell personal information, and we never have.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will change.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Poland.
